Utilities Administrator – Chester

3R Consulting are recruiting a Utilities Administrator for a position based in Chester.

You will provide administrative support to the Utilities Manager ensuring utilities administration is managed efficiently and accurately. Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers with some occasional travel as and when required.

You will liaise with Business Development Managers, Brokers and external 3rd parties to ensure tenants changes are managed through to completion. You will maintain a utilities database ensuring all liability invoices are accurate before being passed to finance. Raise any discrepancies and resolve customer and supplier queries. Manage incoming post, emails phone calls and general correspondence and assist with resolution of aged queries. A background in utilities administration preferred but not essential.

You will have a great organisational background, able to prioritise tasks and work to tight timescales. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to this role along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships across departments, computer literate with MS products and Email and strong customer service skills.

Monday to Friday position 9am – 5pm
