Hearing Aid Audiologist – Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

3R Consulting are recruiting a Hearing Aid Audiologist for an opportunity in Aylesbury. You will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer care and audiology services.

You will be working for a leading hearing specialist committed to improving life for people with hearing difficulties. Offering the best and latest innovations in diagnostic testing, fitting and hearing aid technologies.

You will conduct hearing tests, assess client needs and discuss options available providing an aftercare service. You will assist in managing the clinic with a fully supportive team and ensure that the customer experience exceeds expectation.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, local community and other clinicians and ensure all internal processes are compliant within the guidelines.

You will manage commercial objectives and customer needs – delivering all planned KPIs.

You will be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, HCPC registered and eligible to work in the UK.

You will have strong computer literacy skills, excellent standards of customer care & service, commercial sensitivity, strong analytical/communication skills, organisational and time management skills.
