Our client is a leading award-winning Resort and is looking for an experienced Casual Dinning Exec Chef or Head Chef from a Fast-Casual Service, Modern British/American food with a volume background.
The role requires a talented, passionate Chef with excellent stable working experience in high volume contemporary restaurants.
As Head Chef, you will need to be creative in menu planning in accordance with company standards and knowledgeable of costing and budgets, a great leader who enjoys training and developing their staff and working with strong local workforces.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience, working in excellent standard restaurants or luxury hotels and building up a team in creating menus, standards and memorable dining experience.
Salary Package Offered:
Very negotiable £2,000 – £3,000 per month & all inclusive (accommodation/car/food)
