As the new Chef you will need:
– Previous experience in a similar background with fresh food, preferably a Hotel
– Previous experience in large volume banqueting is essential
– The ability to drive yourself and others around you
– Experience with fresh food
– You must be able to work in a close knit team
– Perform under pressure
