3R Consulting are recruiting a Claims Handler for a leading Chester based claims management & credit hire company.
You will process motor trade accident claims as part of the company’s claims management procedures working within and providing support to all areas of the operations department. You will achieve and maintain the company service standards whilst completing regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their claim.
You will investigate each claim for accuracy of information and verification of the facts to establish liability, liaise with others to discuss liability, liaise professionally with all relevant parties such as repairing garages, third party insurance in order to progress the vehicle hire claim. Gather all relevant information in preparation to argue any disputes where necessary.
You will have excellent written & communication skills, previous customer service experience, able to work in a team to tight deadlines, be a driver or have a current driving licence and have an understanding of the RTA claims process, useful but not essential.
