This is a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join them as they go through a further period of growth.

The Position:

The Office Administrator position exists to maintain the smooth and efficient running of the office. This is a demanding position working in a fast pace environment which will require the successful applicant to be extremely time effective and having the ability to prioritise will be crucial. You will have some office administration experience along with the desire to pursue a career for a professional organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls / email queries
Attending to visitors and showing clients to board room
Dealing with client queries and questions
Update the internal system with client notes
Raising sales invoices
Produce invoice statements
Typing fee notes
Buying office supplies
Banking
Filing / photocopying /scanning
Requirements:

Previous office administration experience is essential
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet
High level of telephone and email communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Methodical and organised
Ability to multi task
A great team player
A desire to show initiative

Benefits offered by our Client:

Office hours, Monday to Friday 830am-5pm

20 day’s holiday per annum (increasing to 22) plus bank holidays
