3R consulting are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant with either industrial or driving sector experience to join its client in Redditch

Ideally you will have

At least 12 months Recruitment Consultant experience in the industrial or driving sector
A full driving licence. (this is essential as the role will require you to visit clients from time to time).
Experience of running a 360-degree desk
A team ethic. This role works as part of a team and team-working is vital.
A great sense of humour. This is recruitment, we have to laugh sometimes!
A hunger to earn good commissions and develop your career
