3R Consulting are recruiting a field based Risk Account Manager, based in the Southwest of England. You will be working for a global company responsible for risk mitigation, risk analysis of key accounts, negotiations & collections, mentoring and training within the automotive industry.
Working with office based operations you will review analysis and identify exposure situations within the portfolio and manage the exposure within the accounts. You will execute timely customer visits and collection efforts and be responsible to evaluate ‘customer health’ depending on risk indicators, stock and report findings to Head Office for collaborative decision making.
You will establish whether to take a passive collections approach, execute a recovery plan, or to terminate the relationship. You will exercise efficient and effective collections tactics to resolve performance failures, liaising with office-based risk personnel to direct a course of appropriate action on accounts and work to establish plans to address risk issues. Follow up actions/visits to dealer sites re-educating those with critical performance failures bringing accounts back to compliance.
You will have strong experience within the automotive dealer network, negotiating/collecting and seeking amicable resolutions with knowledge of collections on assigned portfolio. You will have open communication with office based operations/local field based staff to identify, monitor & resolve default account situations.
You will have a significant level of collections experience within the commercial auto loan market, field based recovery and face to face collections. You will have excellent motor trade/dealer & auditing experience. The position will be home/field based with occasional over night stays offering an excellent salary & package.
