3R consulting are looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant with either industrial or driving sector experience to join its client in Redditch

Ideally you will have

At least 2 years Recruitment Consultant experience in the industrial or driving sector
A full driving licence. (this is essential as the role will require you to visit clients from time to time).
Experience of running a 360-degree desk
A team ethic. This role works as part of a team and team-working is vital.
A great sense of humour. This is recruitment, we have to laugh sometimes!
A hunger to earn good commissions and develop your career
